AMTRANS 470K Ohm 2W AMRT "Non-Magnetic" (Carbon Film) Series Resistor

These are 5% tolerance, moisture resistant 2-Watt parts, which are both non-magnetic & self-dampening (a quirk of their design - which make them both low distortion, and more tonally neutral, that carbon composition resistors). Manufactured in Japan by AMTRANS, this series is an “upmarket audio” version of their well-known AMRS parts. pcX has built a stong hobbyist following for their ½, ½ and 1 watt cousins; and more audio OEM manufacturers, have begun using them too. It was only natural, that once the 2W parts were launched, we’d add them to our menu of resistor offerings.
